Terms and Conditions

IROIRO LLC ("us", "we", or "our") operates the https://iroi.ro website and related mobile applications (hereinafter referred to as the "Service"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Service.

These Terms apply to all websites, applications, and services provided by IROIRO LLC. By downloading, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Service.

These Terms are intended to coexist with, and be read alongside, our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data. Unless otherwise defined here, terms used in these Terms and Conditions have the same meanings as in our Privacy Policy.

Use of the Service

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the Service. You are responsible for any activity that occurs through your use of the Service and for maintaining the security of the device on which you use it.

Purchases and In-App Purchases

Some of our applications offer optional paid features, subscriptions, or one-time in-app purchases. All purchases are processed by the platform you purchased through — Apple via the App Store (StoreKit) or Google via Google Play — and are subject to that platform's terms. We do not collect or store your payment method or financial information; the platform handles all transactions. See our Privacy Policy for details on the limited purchase data we log for analytics.

Prices, availability, and the features included with any purchase may change over time. Where a purchase unlocks a feature that depends on a third-party service or interface, the continued availability of that feature is subject to the "'Lifetime' Purchases and Product Lifespan" and "Availability, Third-Party Dependencies, and Discontinuation" sections below.

"Lifetime" Purchases and Product Lifespan

The majority of our apps offer a one-time "Lifetime" in-app purchase as an alternative to a recurring subscription. It is important that you understand exactly what "Lifetime" means before you buy.

  • "Lifetime" refers to the lifespan of the product, not the lifespan of the purchaser. A "Lifetime" purchase grants you access to the applicable paid features for as long as that specific app (or the relevant feature within it) continues to be published, supported, and operational. It does not guarantee access in perpetuity, for the duration of your own life, or forever without limit.
  • An app's lifespan is finite. Apps are eventually retired. A "Lifetime" purchase does not obligate IROIRO LLC to maintain, update, or continue publishing an app indefinitely, nor to keep it compatible with every future operating system, device, or platform requirement.
  • "Lifetime" is per app, not transferable across our catalog. A "Lifetime" purchase in one application does not entitle you to paid features in any other IROIRO LLC application unless we expressly state otherwise.

In short: "Lifetime" means "for the functional lifetime of the product," which is the most that any developer can honestly promise for software that depends on evolving platforms and third-party services.

Availability, Third-Party Dependencies, and Discontinuation

Our applications rely on external systems that are outside of our control, including operating-system frameworks, device hardware capabilities, app-store infrastructure, and third-party or platform-provided application programming interfaces ("APIs"), services, and data sources. Many core features exist only because these external systems make them possible.

If one or more of these core APIs, services, or data sources is changed, deprecated, rate-limited, restricted, or shut down by its provider, the affected features — or the app as a whole — may stop working, may behave unexpectedly, or may become nonfunctional or unresponsive. This can happen with little or no advance notice to us, and it can affect apps you have already purchased, including "Lifetime" purchases.

We may, at our discretion and without liability to you:

  • Modify, suspend, or discontinue any application, feature, or portion of the Service;
  • Remove an application from the App Store or Google Play; and
  • Cease maintenance or support for an application at any time.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, IROIRO LLC is not responsible or liable for any loss of functionality, data, or access that results from changes to, or the discontinuation of, third-party APIs, services, platforms, or the app itself, including where a previously purchased app becomes nonfunctional or unresponsive for these reasons.

Refunds and Cancellations

Because all purchases are processed by Apple or Google, refund requests are handled directly by the platform through which you made the purchase — not by IROIRO LLC. We are generally unable to issue refunds ourselves, but the platforms provide their own refund processes:

Refund eligibility, timeframes, and outcomes are determined solely by Apple or Google under their respective policies. If you subscribed to a recurring plan, you can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple ID or Google Play account settings; cancelling stops future renewals but does not automatically refund the current billing period.

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of IROIRO LLC and its licensors, and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent. Please see our Trademarks page for more information.

User-Generated Content

Some applications allow you to create, store, or sync content. You retain ownership of the content you create. You are solely responsible for the content you create and for ensuring you have the rights to it. You agree not to use the Service to create or distribute content that is unlawful, infringing, or harmful.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or that it will continue to function as third-party platforms and APIs evolve.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall IROIRO LLC, nor its directors, employees, partners, or agents, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Service — including where an application becomes nonfunctional or unresponsive due to changes in or discontinuation of third-party APIs, services, or platforms.

Changes to the Service and These Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. When we do, we will revise the "effective date" at the top of this page and post the updated Terms here. Material changes may also be communicated via email and/or a prominent notice within the Service. Your continued use of the Service after any changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
